In consideration of SpeedZone, LLC, (“Park”) permission to camp and participate in the activities at the Park, I (we), on behalf of ourselves and our minor children (if applicable), our successors, and assigns, do hereby release the Park and its employees, agents, officers and representatives from all claims, demands, actions that currently exist or may hereafter arise from engaging in activities at the Park. These activities would include, without limitation: driving or riding in go Karts, playing mini golf, using the arcade, eating and drinking, participating in events, and engaging in the Park’s special events such as, fireworks, bonfires, live music, slip n slides, haunted trails, and bounce houses. Further, I (we), for ourselves and our minor children, indemnify and hold the Park and its agents, employees or officers harmless from all third party claims, loss, liability, damage, expense and responsibility for any accident, injury or damage which results from or arises out of myself, my children’s or my guests’ participation in said activities at the Park.
I hereby acknowledge and accept that there are certain risks, including bodily injury or death, that could result from me or my child’s participation in said activities and that I have knowingly and voluntarily decided to assume the risks of these dangers, which may cause serious bodily injury or death. The undersigned expressly acknowledges that the Park makes no representations, express or implied, concerning the relative safety of such activities and has not made any provisions to protect against the risks associated with said activities. In the event of an emergency or injury to me or my children requiring immediate medical attention, I hereby consent to emergency medical treatment, including transportation to medical providers.
